The Portable Heidelberg pH Diagnostic Systems come with a Dedicated Laptop Computer.  Dell assembles the Computers for the Heidelberg Systems, and covers them with a 3-year next day, on-site, Service Warranty. To protect the Service Warranties, the Computers must be connected to a UPS System. The Laptops are not setup for Internet access, because of the intrusion Liability from outside sources.  Each system can be configured for Central Electronic filing, which many Clinics are instituting. The standard Single Patient Diagnostic System contains the Software for Multiple Patient Testing.  Each Single Patient Testing System can be expanded at any time, to test up to 8 Patients at one time without interference. Pharmaceutical Systems can be configured to test up to 16 Patients at one time without interaction. The Heidelberg Diagnostic System with the standard Memory capabilities (hard drive) will accommodate several thousand Heidelberg Diagnostic Test Files.

CARE AND HANDLING

 The Dedicated Computer Supplied with the Heidelberg Diagnostic System must be connected to the UPS System supplied with the System.  Failure to use the UPS System will void the Manufacturers Warranty, making you responsible for repair or replacement.

The Computers supplied with the Heidelberg System are Dedicated and are not to be use for other than Heidelberg Diagnostic Testing.  Cleaning and Maintenance is described in the Dell Laptop Owners Manual Provided with the Diagnostic System. Heidelberg Medical, Inc. or Dell Computer Company, are not responsible for Physical Damage to the Computers, due to improper handling.
