The Calibration Test Fixture is used to hold all of the Diagnostic System components during Calibration. The Fixture has a raised Test Tube Holder, supported by four small Teflon posts. This holder is used during the Calibration process, to hold the Test Tubes with the Activated Capsule, and the pH Calibration Solutions. The fixture is made of an opaque Acrylic material. Attached to the Test Fixture base plate is a clear Plexi-glass block with 6 Holes in it, which hold the Test Tubes, used for Calibrating the pH Capsule. Two of the Test Tubes have labels with the Number I displayed on them. These Test Tubes hold the pH 1 Calibration Solution. Two additional Test Tubes have a label with the Number 7 Displayed in them. These Test Tubes hold the pH 7 Calibration Solution. There are two unlabeled Test Tubes, which hold the pH Capsule holder, when it is not in use. The Test Fixture also contains two circular openings in its base, for placement of the Saline Glass, for Capsule Activation, and an opening for the Rinse Glass, for Rinsing the Capsule.
